Papers will be considered for review that have also been submitted to the main ICVS conference. Double submission must be indicated by authors, and the workshop organiser must be given a copy of the ICVS reviews.
The format of the final paper is IEEE two-column. Detailed instructions about the preparation of the paper is available at ftp://ftp.computer.org/press/outgoing/proceedings/. Submitted papers should not exceed 8 pages. The paper might be developed in LaTex or MS Word (see IEEE Author Guidelines). However, the submitted file should be in Postscript or PDF format.
Double blind review
Do not identify authors in the submitted paper. All reviewing will be double blind, so the paper must not include any information which allows the authors to be identified. The file should be named by concatenating the names of the authors (plus a digit in case of multiple submissions).

Please submit your paper as an email attachment to lucas.paletta@joanneum.at. In the email body, you have to include the following information:
Your submission will be confirmed as soon as possible, and you will receive a corresponding paper number, that you have to refer to in the future.
It is planned to publish selected papers in a special issue of the journal CVIU (Computer Vision and Image Understanding).
